Yosemite

When we went to Yosemite we first stopped to see Half Dome, a rock formation. Then we went to the Visitors Center, and on the way back we saw a blacktail deer 5 yards away. After that we saw Half Dome, El Capitan (rock formation), Nevada (waterfall), and Vernal (waterfall). Yosemite falls was dry so we decided to ride the Yosemite Shuttle and see the Great Sequoias. We are now in San Diego!!!!

Whidbey Island/Oregon

Our last 2 days spending time with the Wagner and Cheney family was spent at their Whidbey Island cabin. We had fun crabbing, playing football, sitting around the campfire, and watching seals. We are now in Waldport, Oregon at a campground on the ocean. We went in the ocean because if we went under my dad would buy us Subway so of course we did. LOL

Seattle

 On the first day in Seattle we got there a day early and saw our cousins Rob, Brenda, Pam, Doug, Aunt Pi, and Uncle Fred. Natalie was at a camp and came home Tuesday. On the second day we went to the mall and went to a lot of sports stores, and we went to the brand new Ferris wheel. We also went to Pikes Place Market where they throw the fish. Then on the third day  we went sight seeing and went on the duck boats and went to the Space Needle. On Tuesday we went on their boat and saw Bill Gates house!! After that we went to the Mariners vs. Yankees!!!!!! King Felix gave up 2 runs in 7.1 innings and Freddy Garcia (Yankees pitcher) gave up 3 runs in 7.2 innings. the Mariners ended up winning 4-2!!!! King Felix hit 3 batters: Ichiro, Derek Jeter, and A-Rod. A-Rod ended up breaking his left hand!!!!

Yellowstone

Today we left Yellowstone and arrived in Idaho. In Yellowstone we saw bears, elk, coyotes, red fox, bald eagles, pelicans, bighorn sheep, etc.. July 15th

Today we went to the badlands to go on a loop trail and saw 9 bighorn sheep, and a lot of prairie dogs. Then we stopped at the Wall Drug, and had breakfast. After that we went to our campground, bounced on the air pillow (super fun), and went swimming. Then we all decided to go to Mount Rushmore and go on a short trail that showed you all different views of it. Sometimes there would be a individual person that you could take a picture of. After we finished walking we decided to rest and we had some ice-cream. It was delicious. While we were eating we saw marmots. Tomorrow we are heading to Yellowstone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

July 14th

Today we drove in SD, and on the highway another RV driver was signaling for us to pull over. Surprised and confused, we pulled over and checked the minivan. The rear left tire we think exploded and that there were sparks flying everywhere!! Once we got to the campground we went straight to the pool because it was so hot out. After that we rented 3 recumbent bikes and drove around for 30 minutes. It was hilarious, one of us would hit tree or something and the others would start laughing. We went to the Badlands and were starting a ranger walk when it was over 100 degrees. Uncle Bud just had to sit down and rest. But a couple rangers and water bottles later we were back on the road.

July 13th

Today we left OH and we are now staying at a campground in Sioux Falls, SD. We were in OH, WI, MN, and SD. I was looking out and there were a ton of windmills. I looked up how much power one turbine can generate and I found it. One turbine can generate 4,700,000 kilowatts per year. That's enough power for about 1,000 households. I also saw a sign with my middle name Corson on it in SD. Since we were in Sioux Falls we had to go see the waterfalls. It was gorgeous and HOT.

July 12th

Today we were in 3 different states: OH, IN, and IL. While we were driving I looked out and saw seas of corn there were miles!! I also saw U.S. Cellular Park which is home to the Chicago White Sox. Now we are at a campground in Union, IL which is just outside of Chicago.

First Day In RV

Today we were in 5 different states: NH, VT, NY, PA, OH, and went swimming in Lake Erie within 13 hours!! We are now staying at a winery in OH, below is a picture of me in front of the sign.
